While we are a business providing digital services, no physical product needs to be shipped. All services and deliverables are managed and accessed online, eliminating the need for physical shipping. This policy outlines an overview on our digital service delivery:

All our offerings — including job postings, resume access, profile boosts, premium listings, and consulting — are digital in nature. No physical items will be shipped.

│ Service Delivery Timelines
For Employers (Recruiters):
• Job Postings & Access Services: Activated within 1–2 hours of successful payment.
• Profile Highlight & Top Up Services: Activated within 24 hours of confirmation and payment.
• Custom Services: Delivery timelines will be communicated during onboarding or via email, typically within 1–3 business days depending on the scope.
For Job Seekers:
• Resume Review & Enhancement Services: Delivered within 2–4 business days of submission.
• Profile Highlight & Top Up Services: Activated within 24 hours of confirmation and payment.
• Career Coaching or Counselling by expert: Delivered as per the scheduled date and time selected during booking.│ Delivery Method
All services and deliverables will be:
• Delivered via email.
• Made available on your dashboard within your account on our platform. In case of any delays, our support team will notify you in advance.

│ Failed Delivery
If you do not receive the service or confirmation within the specified timeframe, please:
• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Ensure that the email address provided is correct.
• Contact our admin team at admin@ridsam.com within 48 hours of expected delivery.
