At RIDSAM HR Tech Solutions Pvt Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as “RIDSAM”), your security is our priority. RIDSAM is hereby advising online recruitment scams have become more common and there is a notable increase in fraudulent emails, letters, social media posts, and messages via online messaging services, being sent to members of the public.

The scammers behind these fraudulent communications are posing as RIDSAM employees or representatives in an attempt to extract payments in the form of investments into projects and/or visa payments for fake employment offers.  

The following information is designed to help members of the public protect themselves against fraudulent activity involving institutions or individuals claiming to represent, or offer products or services on behalf of, RIDSAM. 

Common Fraud Indicators

Beware of:

• Unsolicited Job Offers: Offers for jobs you did not apply for.
• Requests for Payment: Legitimate recruiters and employers will never ask for payment for job placement, training, or application processing.
• Suspicious Communication:
  • Emails or messages from non-official email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo).
  • Poor grammar, spelling errors, or unprofessional language in messages.
• Requests for Sensitive Information: Be cautious if asked for bank details, government IDs, or passwords early in the hiring process.
• Too-Good-to-Be-True Offers: Unrealistic salary promises or immediate job offers without an interview.

How to Protect Yourself

• Verify Employer Details:
  • Check the company’s website and contact information.
  • Confirm job offers through official channels.

• Do Not Share Sensitive Information: Only provide personal details after verifying the legitimacy of the employer and the job offer.
• Communicate via Trusted Platforms: Use only the contact methods listed on our website for communication.
• Report Suspicious Activity: Notify us immediately at complaint@ridsam.com if you suspect fraudulent behavior related to our platform.
