While we are a business providing digital services, no physical product needs to be shipped. All services and deliverables are managed and accessed online, eliminating the need for physical shipping. This policy outlines an overview on our digital service delivery:

│ Cancellation Policy
For Employers (Recruiters) & Job Seekers (Candidates)

If you wish to cancel your order or subscription, you may cancel within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund, provided that no services (such as job postings, candidate outreach, or resume access) in full or partially have been utilized. If any portion of the service has been used, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@ridsam.com

│ Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations as mentioned above.
• Refund requests will be reviewed by our support team within 5–7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• No refunds will be granted for:
− Services already rendered.
− Subscriptions cancelled after 24 hours of purchase.
− Accounts that violate platform terms and are suspended or terminated

│ Subscription Renewal
• All subscriptions will need to be renewed manually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
