Yes, we do provide end to end staffing solutions on short terms and long-term basis where by candidates are employed by us on RIDSAM pay roles and deputed / seconded at client site. RIDSAM recovers its cost depending on the terms of the agreement which could ideally be fixed monthly fee or on manhour basis.

The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the role, the skills required and its availability in the market. However, on an average it can take between 2-4 weeks to present suitable candidate for review and another week or two for interviews and final selection.
Our pricing is based on a contingency or retainer basis, depending on the level of services required. Detailed fee structure is defined under different packages and can be selected base don specific needs. We do have customized solution offerings whereby we make a bespoke service offerings which are priced based on each deliverable.
